While on DNP, is it ok to use a sleeping pill such as "Unisom" which contains the active ingredient Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride? Just wondering because it's getting hard to fall asleep, I think mostly due to anxiety. Thanks in advance for responses.
Have used valium and diazepam, had no problems, didn't use often though just when the no sleep got me down and one good nights sleep recharges me to see the week out. Sleep like a baby on DNP now. I think over the years I've built up a tolerance.
