Then week 2 I use the other for top of back.

Hi Zed, Yeah I stuck at the low weights I was using already, my rests are 45seconds between each,
And good lord after 100 reps with no pause at top squats @50kg I couldn't walk y2day and still hurt like hell today haha,

Thank you Rach I'm kinda battling on through cant wait till the feeling subsides its yuk! Zed recommended taking a stimulant for training I'm going to have to today as yesterday was hard enough but today after as little as 3 hours sleep is going to be tougher.

Mate when I ain't had enough sleep I get so annoyed at shit I wouldn't even remember most days, last time I took a message to the manager of this shop, simple thing but I got so pissed off at her not understanding me and her bloody accent I nearly had a go at her, I stewed about it the rest of the day! Lol! Good thing I don't work the doors anymore, I can get a bit carried away when I'm tired and some pissed up punter is chatting shit.... :evil:

Yeah, I used to talk to the regulars but anyone else got brushed off politely (depending on how drunk and annoying they were).

One main problem was girls trying flirt and chat me up so I'd give em a squeeze and waive the cover charge.... Never happened!!! :evil:

I used to make a point of making sure all the most tarted up birds paid full price! Having said that I did meet one bird there I ended up having a long term uh, "thing" with (just sex mind, nothing emotional! - she was just using me for my body!) one proper dolled up Russian bird with huge plastic boobs.... She insisted I search her at the door and when Katy (our token female security) went to stamp her hand she pulled down her top to get the stamp on her tits! - cracking bird!

Just a quicky really then I will post up WO later.
Today is day 6 of keto diet and according to the scale I've lost 4lb I am under the understanding that some will be water weight.
Days 1-4 was extremely tired but with some forged burner I rocked on through , yesterday was strange I was up and down all day felt like surges in energy I can only assume that I was hitting ketosis .
Today Im going to train fasted cardio traps and abs then will let you guys know how it goes.
Anyway carry on lol.

That's pretty sweet D. I had a look at carb cycling and decided it was far too specific for me to stick to at the mo' ... Maybe when I'm not working 60+ hours per week!

I'm down to 103.4kg (227.48lbs) I haven't been this light in years! Only problem is a lot of that weightloss has come from my legs shrinking due to only lifting light weights thanks to this bloody foot condition!

On the plus side sparring is a lot easier with 12kg less to carry round! And I'm a LOT fitter than I was 10 weeks ago!

Ok so I said I wud get back with WO etc. well it didn't go well WO was fasted went great shrug superset followed by ab superset , followed by 12 mins sporadic cardio. I took a forged burner before cardio. By time I left I felt dizzy and sickly. On way home had to pull over the car as I nearly blacked out. Spent all day feeling absolutely mashed my whole body aching etc. now I'm not 100% wether this is due to diet and fasted cardio or if It could have something to do with the burner on empty stomach. But either way I won't be doing this next Sat. I feel loads better now though . Im off tomorrow thank god but mon will take it easy make sure it don't happen again.
I'm cutting up really well of the var diet and the prog Zed and AAP done for me.

Anyway just thought if stop by let you know the crack.

If you took a forged burner half way thru ,that was your problem, your BMR is really elevated at that time, and taking that was almost like throwing gas on the fire.

I'm on day 6 now of the Palumbo and after researching I should start to feel some energy about now so hopefully sooner rather than later.
