Actually yes, they do! For up to 30 days... But, that's Walmart!

I think Walmart even does it for Black Friday sales. But I don't think anybody actually faults the sponsors for having a sale, and barely missing out on it. Those asking (I hope) are just hoping against hope. In the end it's on the customer.

the problem is this.. in order to give a refund of any kind it cost a 10.00 fee threw the merchant account. so not only does it cost money to give the refund but it also cost another 10.00 each time you do it.. do that a couple hundred times and you till me if you would like it.
