My clean bulk diet is as follows:
I'm 6' 240 about 11% bf right now and I'm bulking very cleanly for the summer. Don't ask why but I bulk in the summer and cut in january through april-just the way I do it.
Fat -70-90grams/day(good fats)
carbs-400g
protein-300g
Total caloric intake around 3200-3600/day
This is pretty much my cutting diet the only difference is that I add 2 weight gainer protein shakes a day.
I don't eat pizza, drink beer, eat too much pasta but maybe 2x a week, no fried chicken etc,
