Things to do is start cardio, 20min a day in the morning if you can, 3-5 days a week Sustanon will bloat you up not my favorite to accomlish your goal....can you get test cyp? Deca at 200mg a week for joint pain is great stuff. So maybe do 250 cyp/200 deca EW would be my choice. When you try to lose fat keep the gear dosage low..it helps a lot
