Cycle review nods/suggestions

Long time reader first time post. Lets get to the nitty gritty here.

I'm 36 years old 5'-7" tall current bw is 206 with 12% bf. I've done cycles before just on other bros advice so figured I'd lay out my plan for your nod or suggestion.

weeks 1-4 50mg ed anadrol (just kickstart only.)

weeks 1-6 500mg Test E split on monday and thurs (ie 250 mond and then 250 thurs)

weeks 7-12 750mg Test E split on monday and thurs (ie 250mond and then 500 thurs)

weeks 1-12 600mg Eq split on monday and thur (300mond and 300thur)

I have aromasin and nolva... just not sure i'll take it unless tits get sensative. prolly save for post cycle

Plan on consuming about 3300 calories first two weeks then increasing by 500 every two weeks thereafter. Unless I grow faster and require more calories. Diet will be like this.

7:30am Meal 1:
1-pckt Lean Body Breakfast MRP (40g protein, 35g carbs, 7g fat)
1-packet quaker oatmeal instant ( 4g protein, 32g carbs, 2g fat)
2-tblsp peanut butter ( 8g protein, 6g carbs, 16gfat)

9:45am Meal 2: pre workout
4-scoops labrada mass 60 (60g protein, 77g carbs, 7g fat)
1-packet quaker oatmeal instant ( 4g protein, 32g carbs, 2g fat)

11:00am workout until 12:30

12:30pm Meal 3: post workout
2-scoops afterglow (20g protein, 32g carbs, 0g fat)

1:15pm Meal 4: post workout
4-scoops labrada mass 60 (60g protein, 77g carbs, 7g fat)
1-packet Instant Grits cheese ( 2g protein, 21g carbs, 2g fat)
Or (3oz of sweet potato fries (1g protein, 24g carbs, 5g fat))

3:00pm: Meal 5:
2-scoops labrada mass 60 (30g protein 38g carbs, 3g fat)

5:30pm Meal 6:
1 pckt “Lean Body” MRP (40g protein, 12g carbs, 5g fat)
16-roasted almonds ( 6g protein, 5g carbs, 16g fat)

7:30pm Meal 7:
10oz ground turkey breast Taco sal (80g protein, 55g carbs, 5g fat)
lettuce, tomato, onion, taco sauce

9:30pm Meal 8:
1-scoop optimum Casien protein (24g protein, 3g carbs, 1g fat)
1-scoop GlutimineSR Total: 378g protein, 425g carbs, 73g fat)


Water intake: always at least 1.0 gal or more of water per day.

Only meals I’ll change is dinner (7:30) but I’ll keep it within those parameters. Everything else I can eat consistently. I might switch sweet potato and grits with oatmeal occasionally.

Supplments: (excluding weekends)

7:30am 1-Animal Pack multivitamin
2-tablets 1500mg glucosamine and 1200mg chondroitin.
2-gel tab Scivation EFA
1-cap of Scivation Sesamine
2- tablets of GNC amplified Creatine 189

9:45am 1-scoop Scivation xtend
1-gram L-carnitine
1-gel tab Scivation EFA

11:00am 1.5-hour weights

12:45pm 2-scoop Scivation xtend
1-gram L-carnitine

3:00pm None

5:00pm 1-cap Scivation Sesamine

7:30pm None

9:30pm 3-caps ZMA with my casein shake

Any suggestions or nods are appreciated. Sorry if it's too much info but wanted to include everything i could think of. I was thinking of possibly throwing in trenbolone hex but man i hate sweaten at night time. Thanks a bunch Bigjay
 
hey man..these are my suggestions and thought

first i stay away from orals,i use test suspension as a kick start

secound,just keep your test at 500mgs a week thats plenty,BUT if u go wiht 750 then use 750 from week 1 there is no point of changing the dosage half way threw

just my 2 cents
 
That test suspension is ED... damn i start cringing after the second week. Fill like a human pin cushion. LOL..

Not trying to get lean... I'm trying to put on the lbs bro... So I'll just run tren later with the xtra test e when i'm cutting. I'll just ride at 500mg of the test e threw out the cycle. Thanks for the suggestions

The cycle isn't bad but holy shit man your diet is nothing but supplements and meal replacements. You should be eating all whole food except for a shake first thing in the morning and post workout. Post workout try Dark Matter by MHP, it's awesome! Protein, waxy maize, creatine, bcaa's, glutamine, it's all in there. Other than that whole foods man, eat like a man!

i agree. i was just about to mention that.

bro listen... we evolved over the course of millions of years eating REAL WHOLE FOODS. not casein and whey scoops of cheap supplement crap.

all that scoop stuff the body doesn't understand what it is. you may think you are getting 100 grams of protein but really you aren't getting much at all. this is the #1 problem today. people would rather buy a bucket of whey for $50 then spend $200 on real food. where are your veggies? fruits? I dont see ANY on your list!! i am eating a bowl of okra and a raw sweet potato as i write this. REAL FOOD.

you want to grow muscle? eat REAL WHOLE FOODS every 2 hours. stay away from powders and processed junk. I PROMISE you will grow more that way.

there was an article about whey that needto put out. it showed that the companies now are making whey out of the CHEAPEST cheese crap you could imagine. then they get these sellout builders to endorse their crap product and it shows up on GNC shelves being bought by people who think if they take it they will look like those guys. no different then olympic sprinters eating big macs on commercials.
 
I know man you guys are right about the whole food... I was just concerned with getting my marcros to a certain level and it's just a hell of a lot easier with the mrp and powders. I get to the point of damn near puking with all that damn chicken and rice i need to consume to get those macros up... I didn't want to bulk with mcdonalds either so figured I'd go the supplement route. Funny thing is i really like the powders it isn't hard to stomach them for me. I'll change post workout meal to the chicken/rice and see how it treats me. But dude if anyone can give me suggestions to eat that qty of whole food i'm all ears... (ie mechno growth factor?) That was the main reason i have the EQ is the cycle was for the increase in appetite.
