Couple of web cam pics

I was natural until 10 months ago, trained for ten years before taking that plunge.
I'm 5'9" and around 220lbs in those pics, still need to diet off another 10lbs or so
 
You tris look thick as hell. Good job....I just started getting into deadlifts a few weeks ago. I used to hate them...now I love them. Finally got 405 up today.

Whats your program like. Same weight for three sets of five? Then when you hit five you increase the weight?

That's pretty much it, when I can get 3 sets of 5 on a given weight, then I add 5-10lbs for the next workout. If I feel like making myself ill, sometimes I'll drop some weight, and do a set of 8 reps.
ie, here was my dead routine last week
3 sets 5 reps 535lbs
1 set 8 reps 455lbs
That routine has helped me to go from deadlifting 3 1/2 plates per side for reps (365) up to well over 5 plates. A lot of guys say you can't grow from sets of 5, but it does work for me!

How slow is the eccentric portion of your lifts...do you basically drop the weight and fall with it or do you control it?
 
I lower it in control, reset, then pull again, I feel that the negative in deads is just as important in building mass and strength, safer too.
