Wow. I have complete confidence in your ability to find a good crowd. U proved it by finding us.
BUT I must just be looking in the wrong spots at the other place. Everywhere I look, they all seem so uptight and NOT fun. There are a few smart ones I have noticed but they seem to have as much personality as my kitchen sink. O-well. It is a good place for the school related information but how do people just hang out on there? Seriously! Maybe its me. Maybe I am not looking in the right places. Gawd! How long have you been chatting with those people and how did you manage to not turn into a robot?

I dont hang out there at all! 95% of that board is freakin boooooooooooooring, and you'll find out when you get to this level, most of your colleagues are too. There arent as many of us cool kids in medicine!

I seriously spend like.......5 minutes tops there a day. And only in a certain residency forum.

Yea. I just don't get it. So many decide that it is mandatory to be boring if you want to be a doctor. It simply isn't true. A few of my friends are docs and they are far from boring.
I keep getting so frustrated when I am on there. I just want to start bombing people,lol. O-well.

Actually, I know a pathologist and they keep talking about him on that board like he is a superstar. He is a really good friend of mine...but Im not telling them bishes about it,lol. I don't want to say anything because I like to read his' fan comments and tell him about it. He is a professor at one of the schools a bunch of them want to be accepted. Lol. Good tymes. I almost wish I could tell him some real names and beg him to give a few of them an "F".

Yeah I guess your right. If your not familiar with him (you will when you take step 1), Goljan is a REALLY cool pathologist that teaches at.........oklahoma state or something.... Has a review book, and some mp3 files.......Super cool guy. Also, one of the guys we get to work with here in Vegas was Chief Med Examiner for the Clark County Coroner's office here. He has some good stories.

LOL mentioning KCUMB reminds me of the night I spent on I-80 when my car broke down on the way to my interview......

Yeah, people like that are really fascinating. It's hard to find someone THAT smart that is still with it socially.
