My training will be running 40 mins in the morrow.
Later, in the evening, at 5pm, Ill lift.

Ill be eating 2500 cals. Supposedly, it has worked for 4 guys to lose fat and gain mass. Give me your thoughts.

Id greatly appreciate smart insights, rather than the conventional "its impossible to do at once", and please, dont get theoretical on they mustve done something wrong. Obviously, it has worked. Id like to see if for the guys that have tried it, has it worked? And if you havent tried it, give me your insights, please.

Thats about it. Deep insights n answers greatly appreciated.

Sure it would work, depending upon what your idea of "work" is. It won't turn you into Jay Cutler, too much running, no matter what your supplement intake is. It won't turn you into a kenyan marathoner either, too much lifting. However, if your goal is to look like a decathlete (not a bad goal at all) then this plan is probably right up your alley.

My 2 cents.

Basically that's the same thing I just started to do this week. The only difference is my calorie intake is slightly higher at around 3000 and I'll be juicing in a few weeks. How much bf are you at and are looking to shed??

Bro Im trying to lose 10lbs of bodyfat, plus gain some mass. I wont be juicing, and Im only taking whey protein, plus a carb drink as supplements.

What Im not sure of though, is at what level should my caloric intake be. Hypo, or hyper caloric?

Hit me back with what youre doing. Basically my goal is less fat with a bit more mass, but MUCH more inclined to the fat loss goal. But mass is also a key element, I dont wanna go without it.

I also havent worked out in 2months due to personal problems in my life that have set me back, so when I come back in the gym Im expecting some gains because of the layover shock factor.

I appreciate all thoughts coming through.

You might want to try the EAS Body-For-life way of training (I modified it slightly) which is...

Day1: Chest, Shoulders, Tri's
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Back and Bi's
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Rest
