Charles River Biking: Heaven on Earth

Just did a nice 15 mile bike up and down the river. Beautiful day and shoreline was packed with returning college girls sunning themselves...please don't make the summer end!

It's supposed to be rainy tomorrow but I'm sure I'll be biking on Sunday. I'm pondering doing 30 miles since I haven't done that much yet but it's not that much more than I've been doing.

30 is a nice ride, it took me 1 hour 30 minutes to do the 15, not too fast but I bike on a hybrid (wide-tires). It was so beautiful today watching the sail boats too on the charles (remember those days!)

Nice distance, do you use a race bike or a mountain/hybrid?

I may have to start doing that. I also adjust my diet and hence don't do any cardio.
