Yeah learning power cleans and a few new movements would be a great idea. I just had to modify my program this past Friday though since my lower back is really, really messed up right now so I decided to cut out stiff-legged deadlifting from my routine and put in leg curls instead since there's no way on earth I'm cutting out the squats. I think the stiff-legged deads for lower body days paired with the bent-over rowing on upper body days combined to really overwork my lower back with the routine I was doing.
