I'm going to be using my first steroid cycle which is going to be 500 mg of testosterone per week and I am 29 years old
I'm currently training 3 to 4 times a week but I'm going to boost that up to 4 to 5 times a week an hour per session
what kind of training do you recommend that I do on cycle? Split routines or more of a 5x5 program?
I've kind of mixed both of them over the past few years
