Anyone from the Orlando area here?
I'm most likely gonna be there during the summer of 2002, just trying to get a heads up on what's out there. So, if anyone goes to a good gym there let me know. Also, if it's like a power gym or more of a family type of gym, if that makes sense. Anyways, any info would be great...Peace!

check out Steel Mill in SE Orlando. Not much fluff there. No contracts, cheap. your there for one thing.

steel mill is good,if you want a powerlifting gym that kicks ass.....orange ave gym.......the world gym on university is pretty good.....

used to train at steelmill good, cheap, no contracts but too small got a little cramped. There is a new gym in town looks pretty good, named lifestyles not hardcore but very nice good equipment.

oh yea powerhouse gym in casselberry sucks too - the owners have no respect for anyone.

Bro there is a huge Gold's Gym in Altamonte Springs.....just a few minitues from downtown. I f**kin love this gym. I only visited there twice and durring slow times so I don't really have a good gauge as to the type of lifters there but , this gym is so good it dosn't matter. All the equiptment is new, tons of free weights, tons of machines, tons of everything. Bro I have been to more that my share of gym's and this one is the best I have ever been to.....ever. You gotta at least check it out

ice- you are right this gym is huge and has some great equipment. I have trained there a few times and love it.
