Hey Kunta what's wrong with paramount? Granted it's not the nicest looking gym, but the free weights section in the one in Longwood is pretty good

i have never lifted at paramont but I have friends that have and they say it is a hole in the wall. dirty, equipment that is 30 years old and just not well kept up. again im not flamming them just what i have heard.

the one that i workout at, no one knows how to freaking spot so i have to use db to go to failure, also the machines suck bigtime,

i only workout there cause its only 5 min away and the next closest gym is about 30 min

True, the Gold's Gym is awesome, and paramount sucks. There are plenty of Gyms to choose from in orlando. Golds is pretty expensive though. I used to work out at the world gym in altamone spgs (jamestown plaza). It was a good gym, new equipment, well kept up, and some hot chicks. Their price used to be kinda high also, but I know they lost a lot of business to Golds when it opened, so there prices are probably pretty good right now. I know the owner, and he is cool as shit. Good luck

auto yea the worlds in jamestown plaza is nice also, to far a drive for me though.

I live pretty close, when I'm in town. I'm away at school right now. I'll probably be working out there during the winter break here in about a week. I recommend anyone to at least check it out. Don't know the current rates, but should be pretty competitive
