Burning out on the 5x5 Need help!

Thanks bro,

that was a good read. im going to pick it apart and see if it will work for me. the only problem with it that i see so far is that I cant do any strongman events during the week, 1) I dont have access to the equipment and 2) I have one event day per week.

I've seen WSB organised in to a 3 day/week schedule like this.

monday: ME upper
tue: rest
wed: Me lower
thur: rest
fri: DE upper
sat: rest
sun: rest

monday: DE lower
tue: rest
wed: Repeat (ME upper)
ect ect
