How long have you been using it?

I can take it before bed & sleep fine, sometimes calms me down & helps me feel less 'stim'd" when I'm taking T-Rex.

I feel very relaxed first week or so, so tired, no ... mellow yes. :)

So I haven't seen Mr. B in over a week ... in that time, he could not believe how much I've leaned out when he saw me this evening :) Yay for me :D

I get them at the grocery store in the Cracker section......the brand is "Wasa" and they all kinds of types - but I like the wheat/multigrain or whatever they are....
