Cardio Breeze – 2 caps AM Pre workout Yohimburn ES –**OUT OF THIS** ugh!

Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 prior to each meal
Thermorexin – 1 cap with Meal 4

• 3.5 oz Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
• ½ Cup cut green beans
• ½ oz Raw Almonds

6:00 ish? P.M. –

• ~ 4.5 oz sweet potato, skin eaten
• 2.5 oz Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (need to cook dangittt) :rolleyes:

9:30 P.M. – 1 L water with Crystal Light Sunrise

• 8 oz Chicken Breast (cooked from fresh in Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic,Garlic Pepper & Fat Free Olive Oil Spray)

• 1 ½ tbsp Smart Balance & sea salt to taste
