Notes:
- Taking it easy and easing myself back into cardio with intermittent moderate intensity jog so as not to fuck my knees up. I’ve had issues in the past with going to hard to early and it just destroys my knees.
- Really loving dates and bananas at the moment, so I’ve been adding them as often as I can to meals.
