Hurt my shoulder badly while overhead-lifting boxes of computers down from a shelf in the store room in order to prepare them for mass deployment into a whole department at work ... and my knees are just not coming right since I injured them in 2006 ... but, hey, life is full of curve balls, and you can't dodge'em all, can you? It is going to mess up my training planned for the next couple of years and I don't think I'll be where I had planned to be by then, but that don't mean I am not going to make ANY progress

Thanks Man! Yeah, we're also upgrading everyone to dual-screens ... and they are going almost all out ... everyone is getting 2 x 24" Wide screens ... except ... yup, you guessed it ... the IT department! We get the hand-me-downs from the other users.

I am pissed at hurting my shoulder ... again. I am going to have to do a lot of physio-based recovery training for quite some time before I can start pushing the weights again following surgery. But, such is life,eh?

Thing that gets me is, woman like to dress sexy and all, they walk that strut but are freaking so into themselves, thats what gets my blood boiling about woman, who do that type of shit, especially when theri noses are so far up theri asses, stuckup and snobby. I mean, cmon, how the fuck you want a guy to ask you for a lumnch date or whatever with that type of attitude?? I like woman who know what they want and don't play games. Al ot of these young ass tricks in their lower 20s got lot of growing up. I;m jus saying...
