What's the story with this guy? Is he any good? I heard a little about him last year, but I don't remember anything about him.

I find it hard to believe that a new pitching coach will solve the Royals woes.

I have no clue how good a pitching coach he is. We just liked to use his name to be able to point out some nice perky tits and nips.

He has really picked up on high androgens over the past couple of years----Hopefully he can stay healthy and go after the record but his age and probably of injury do to his weight gain will play against him.....It got the best of mcGuire....Hopefully bonds can stay loose....
