Hey. I was looking for some opinions on both programs. For those of you that have tried it or heard of it which one do you think is the best? My main goal right now is hypertrophy. I know this will mostly depend on the diet but i still wanted to know which one of the 2 programs did you guys prefer.
 
next week will be the 3rd week for me on Starr's program. So far I have to say I like it. Definitely do the 3-4 weeks of ratcheting up. Because I screwed up the weight calculation for bench, I should be hitting a PR on that next friday. Squats and deads will still take another week before the fun starts. It definitely kicks up your metabolism to be doing squats 3 times a week.
