What do u have??

It's my least favorite day............way to fast...........I find I spend too much time bullshitting cause of how fast it is.........and I HATE to talk...............in the gym that is.
 
Its chest and back width for me. Im lookin forward to it. My strenth is way up. Last night I was here hangin out with some friends messing around with incline dbs. I broke a pr big time last night, I did 32 reps with the 100 lb dbs in 60 seconds. Ive never tryed anything like that before but they didnt feel heavy at all.
