Well, I'm slowly adjusting, but the scale bf% are stalling...........NJ is a different breed, better to let him go.....how close to bed is that meal? I'm trying to jack the cals, but by night, I feel bloated and full....I slam a casein shake and a shitload of peanuts, end up feeling like shit and force myself to do cardio in a fasted state....vicious cycle bro.....suggestions? WOuuld u seriously reccomend eating oats and casein instead?
