Well, judging from your previous post where you said you were close to 400 (worried) and now you are saying your back is sore, I'm thinking the slit between your legs needs sewn up and HIT IT!!!.....now, on the other hand, ask yourself this. Am I hurt or injured? If you're hurt, you should do them, if you are injured hold off...only you know how tender you really are......I might try them and see how it feels......
