Big glutes...again pics

Hi i´ve posted about this problem before and still no solutoin ahead..
I´ve recently (2 weeks ago )ended a test winny deca cicle focusing on my legs trying to develop the hams and quads to kep up with the glutes...
i am a tall thin guy 185cm 94 kg and my ass is my strongest muscle... :rolleyes:
As expected my ass develop proporcionaly along with my legs :worried: , i train my legs once per week:
deep squat(ass to the ground)
15x60kg
12x80kg
10x100kg
6x120kg

leg press
10x180kg
10x200kg
8x220kg
8x240kg

hams
some curl machine i dont know the name and dead lift for the hams with dumbells(sorry i´m portuguese and i dont know some exercice names or machines)

Any sugestions? tips advice...
afraid to try 5x5 single factor because of the squats every workout=big ass
coments any one?

what kind of a stance do you use when squatting? a wider stance will put more emphasis on the glutes and hams, where as a narrow stance will put more focus onto the quads.
 
thanks for the anwsers, and yes i use a sumo stance is that correct??
as you can see i have lousy hams, any advice?
those pics are mid cycle.
my arms lats delts pecs and asssss are bigger

Above is my ass. I just took those. I don't train for looks nor do I juice. I also squat much more than you and much more often. You have the ass of a regular frat boy.

that's on a cycle...?
 
I think this is in your head. Looks in proportion to me.

BTW a really wide sumo stance will put pretty much all the emphasis on hams/glutes, whereas an Olympic style (read: narrower stance) will cause less glute/ham and more quad activation.
 
errr yes thats mid cicle..... i know ,i know... too weak... give it time....
i start training with 62kg what do expect???? portuguese arnold???? lol
i am much better now but still lots of work to be done...
i will try to squat with a narrow stance but i think it will hurt my knees.

bros, my ass is fuckin huge, i guarantee you all ive got you beat lol. i hate it, but wtf, it helps my lockout for squats and deads.

i weigh 200-205 5'8.5" about 12-13% right now and CANT wear size 34 pants comfortably. I need 36's....that's fuckin pathetic. They are loose on my waist, but actually comfortable on my hips and ass (meaning i can take my wallet out of my back pocket without pliers)
