Big glutes...again pics
Hi i´ve posted about this problem before and still no solutoin ahead..
I´ve recently (2 weeks ago )ended a test winny deca cicle focusing on my legs trying to develop the hams and quads to kep up with the glutes...
i am a tall thin guy 185cm 94 kg and my ass is my strongest muscle...
As expected my ass develop proporcionaly along with my legs
, i train my legs once per week:
deep squat(ass to the ground)
15x60kg
12x80kg
10x100kg
6x120kg
leg press
10x180kg
10x200kg
8x220kg
8x240kg
hams
some curl machine i dont know the name and dead lift for the hams with dumbells(sorry i´m portuguese and i dont know some exercice names or machines)
Any sugestions? tips advice...
afraid to try 5x5 single factor because of the squats every workout=big ass
