Ok, for now without more experience and first hand information, I would stick with the Westside program with a couple of simple modifications.

The clean (I am using this term instead of power clean from the hang) is done from the rack quite simply. You just set the pins at the desired height (in this case about mid-thigh level) and pull from there. This allows you to set up in a more upright position, which will teach proper body position to truly explode on the 2nd pull.

This exercise can be used in place of rear delt work.

There is also a more specific version that you can work with, requiring you to use smaller plates on the bar, until you can set up almost in the same stance as when you are on the line and snap the weight up from there.
