with a blow dyer or hold it over a lamp or just hold it in your fist a few minutes.

I just got some sachet products and no matter what every injection was painful for about a week. Witin 4-6 hours major pain started. I baked it and it is still not pain free but I can live through it now. Otherwise, heating it up and using a hot towel post to massage are best options.
