LOL at BBB...

You really get what you pay for with hand guns. Depending on what you are looking for, I would stick to two guns:

1) Glock - Any caliber you are comfortable with is a good gun. The damn thing will always fire, it will even fire underwater. And, it is really light weight.

2) HK - preferablly HK 40 - Great gun, great quality - the Shizzznit!!! Noticeably heavier than the Glock.

Get a Glock 19 or 23 (9mm or .40). Or even smaller, G26 or G27. The Walther P99 and P99C is another option and their backstraps are removable.

Go with the Walther ppks in the .380 you cant go wrong.

Also look at the Beretta Tomcat .32 both are small slim in design and easy to carry concealed.

My PPK/S couldn't keep them on the paper, let alone in the black. Maybe the German ones are better, but I'd avoid Interarms like the plague. (I once had a really old FN in .380 that would put all the bullets in the same hole, so I don't think it's the cartridge, or me.)

And if you throw it hard enough it will raise a nasty welt.

No, .32 is a bad place to be -- you have all the hassles of getting a carry permit and yet you're still not really armed.

If the PPK is one made by Walther Germany, then ok. The ones made in the US are pure crap. I had one from Interarms too that would go full-auto. The sear was broken (according to the gunsmith). Got it fixed. Went full-auto again. Gunsmith was speechless. I got rid of that garbage since...

PPK were good CCW weapons back when there're no other options. In this size, you could get a Kahr K9 or K40.
