Best breakfast for a cycle of gear

My older bro is a BB and he eats a dozen eggs every morning w/ grits or oats and 5 slices of wheat toast - he is aslo 275, but I digress..... Lat time I stayed w/ him he was on a Steak for Breakfast kick - eating at Dennys every morning is not my cup of tea.....

I can squat more than him...at least I have that going for me!
haha thats cool man yeah i just try to keep the meals consistent through the day and filled with protein and carbs rather than eating a ton all at once. But the eq sure makes me hungry enough.
 
I've been eating a cup of oats mixed with whey protein powder for breakfast before a workout for the last year and a half

I thought you were supposed to workout like at least an hour after your last meal and just get hydrated as fugg. Im not sure but thats one of the ten commandments in my lifting bible.
 
My typical breakfast is 5 whole eggs, 5-6 strips of bacon, 1 cup oatmeal, and some yogurt. Eat fruit while on the road, eat 2-3 meals while driving, then 2 more when I get home.

I workout anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours after breakfast. IDK what the rules are in that manner but it's been working like crazy.

10 gm of glutamine untilmy breakfat is ready.........then 10-12 egg whites + 1 cup of oat.... added to low-fat milk around 10 oz then ............vits & mins..........yawnin...lol
 
I always go w. 8-10 egg whites , 2 packets of maplle brown sugar oatmeal ( can't stand non sweetened sorry ), strawberry yougurt and a banana when i get up, then prior to my workout about 2 hours later about 45 minutes before I eat 1-2 peanut butter sandwhiches and a can of chicken for protein, thats what my breakfast/brunch usually consists of. I like to get my carbs in the morning, then immediataly after my workout, then avoid them for the rest of the day for the most part and focus on proteins. I like to avoid shakes tho, like to get my protein naturally.
Let me know what you guys think of my current cycle
1st 4 weeks 1.5 cc's of a test/decca mix
2nd 8 weeks 3.5 cc's test/decca mix
3rd 4 weeks 1.5 cc's test/decca mix and 50 mg daily winstol
will the winstrol cut my estrogen low, or will I still have to use something like novadex or whatever it is called, this is my first time using winstrol, I usually use a sustanon/decca mix throughout. thanks for the input, peace
 
This breakfast I've been eating forever.

6-7 egg whites with 4oz of turkey mixed in
1 cup of oats with 1 scoop of protein mixed in the oats.

I like the choc. flavor the protein gives my oats.
 
you guys will never get over100 calories eating that clean, wheres the butter? j/k


but seriously where are the fats
