I always go w. 8-10 egg whites , 2 packets of maplle brown sugar oatmeal ( can't stand non sweetened sorry ), strawberry yougurt and a banana when i get up, then prior to my workout about 2 hours later about 45 minutes before I eat 1-2 peanut butter sandwhiches and a can of chicken for protein, thats what my breakfast/brunch usually consists of. I like to get my carbs in the morning, then immediataly after my workout, then avoid them for the rest of the day for the most part and focus on proteins. I like to avoid shakes tho, like to get my protein naturally.

1st 4 weeks 1.5 cc's of a test/decca mix
2nd 8 weeks 3.5 cc's test/decca mix
3rd 4 weeks 1.5 cc's test/decca mix and 50 mg daily winstol
will the winstrol cut my estrogen low, or will I still have to use something like novadex or whatever it is called, this is my first time using winstrol, I usually use a sustanon/decca mix throughout. thanks for the input, peace
