Best breakfast for a cycle of gear

In the grand scheme of things I would guess most people think looking good in the summer is more important than powerlifting. Im not knocking your sport but I would prefer to win a best body beach contest than win a squat contest. I can simply agree to disagree with you here bro, steroid use is a personal decision. I agree with you on the book fair thing 100 percent.

1. Most people could NEVR be a PL, so they chose to be 'pretty' over 'powerful' b/c they can not achieve the later. This is true. Why do you see so many curl jockeys and so few chalk laden animals in the gym?

2. Really? That is just plain sad - remember the guy getting sand kicked in his face at the beach - I am the kicker...lol.

3. Bout time - I knew I liked you for some reason.

And BTW - I don't care if anyone knows my lifts, till its time to compete. ANd if mine aren't the biggest, then I don't care to discuss them at all - I do this for myself, for personal glory, not so some silly bitch in a bikini can tell me how great I am. If you think training and using drugs to get stronger for a sport, and using drugs so you can look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club is the same, than that is just wrong.

I dig you bro. I bet you are an animal in the gym no doubt. I too compete. Im a fighter and I for sure wasnt the guy letting you kick sand in his face. Its cool that we see differently on this issue and I respect your side of the story bro. If you saw my physique you would know that I could never look like brad pitt in fight club. I am chubby, always have been I have to fight tooth and nail to look "decent". I use roids and gh to help with my training, so I really should be on your side in this argument, but I got to keep it real and say what I think. Are you in Alabama?

I really like the shake, and for me I don;t always want to eat 10 eggs right out of bed...wish I did.

My older bro is a BB and he eats a dozen eggs every morning w/ grits or oats and 5 slices of wheat toast - he is aslo 275, but I digress..... Lat time I stayed w/ him he was on a Steak for Breakfast kick - eating at Dennys every morning is not my cup of tea.....

I can squat more than him...at least I have that going for me!

LOL love the family fued

Edit: breakfast has been low carb for me: 3 whole eggs, 2 pieced of delie turkey + 1 cup green beans plus 1/4 cup low fat milk makes the omlet :chomp:
