Best breakfast for a cycle of gear

I have just been eating two packets of oatmeal and a cup of egg whites for breakfast, would like imput on how to better start my days. Is it best to go high carb lower protein or high protein lower carb for breakfast


Finish it off with a protein shake,

I know you made you peace later in this thread but I got to say that saving the steroids for athletes, competitive lifters etc etc is as you said total dog shit. What gives you the right to say who can and cant put shit in their bodies. I understand if you disagree with someones reasons for using but saying only certain people should use roids is just rediculous. I am so tired of hearing guys saying that the everyday joe shouldnt use roids, saying that they should only be used by this group or another.
If this board has gone to shit then bounce bro. I say that if a frat boy wants to get swole for spring break then let him, and if he ends up shitting out his liver then he will live with the repercussions of that decision, how is it hurting you and power lifting? You later in the thread decided to give this guy some respect and answer his question rather than continuing to say that this board sucks so I commend you for that bro honestly. Sometimes we fly off at the handle and being man enough to admit it is impressive. I know I sound like a dick but bro this is my pet peeve. I know your a good bro but if this board isnt all it USED to be as many have said then we ( the people that still like this board) will understand your decision to leave.
 
Egg whites are way too filling for someone trying to get a lot of cals.

Immediately upon waking up:
1 scoop cytogainer (~100 cals)

Shower, then:

3 eggs w/ cheese
4 slices turkey bacon
2 slices whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter
Fruit
1 cup oatmeal w/ scoop of casein protein

I usually don't have enough time to eat all this before work so some of it is eaten on the way to work. People always wonder why I have plates in my car lol.

Man when i take any gainer, especially a cytogainer shake, its like i just had a steak. I feel full.

Sorry, but I call a spade a spade. Hope the summer juicers look great at the beach, b/c that shit matters alot.

Steroids are not recreational drugs. I would say Don't do Meth. I would say Don't do DNP. I would say whatever I wanted I guess... All I know is in the sport world steroids are tools...while here most of the posters are tools. I care if people hurt themselfs w/ gear as it further complicates the already compounded legality of use. It also casts a shadow of DB curlers grunting and flexing over what is otherwise a legitimate sport.

BTW - I am speaking to the steroid board as I am a memeber of the training board (who comes here for fun). While there is knowledge here, it is mostly in old threads, and from old members. EVERY Mod would agree that the current state of affairs on the AAS Board is less than ideal. It's like a book fair on Dermacrine....

I think most of the Mods would agree w/ my distaste for summer juicers, as they are the problem... not Barry Bonds or Signature, as well as agree with my position on gear use / doses / douchehattery that is spoken of here... all by people "lookin to get mad swole, yo"... Sorry but that is dangerous, misrepresented, and just plain stupid. If your asking questions like 'can I mix two steroids in one syringe" then maybe a nice creatine would be a better choice. Seriously.

Most of these people arent tools bro they are new. Plain and simply there new as you once were. I knew you would go the route of legalities and thats just a terrible argument, one in which I woudl be typing all night. And when you say being swole on the beach doesnt matter your playing the role of decision maker. Whos to say that your lifting stats matter? In the grand scheme of things I would guess most people think looking good in the summer is more important than powerlifting. Im not knocking your sport but I would prefer to win a best body beach contest than win a squat contest. I can simply agree to disagree with you here bro, steroid use is a personal decision. I agree with you on the book fair thing 100 percent.
 
2 egg omelette, lots of fruit, lots of milk (if bulking with oats, if cutting just the milk)

that's what it would look like with/without gear.
