Best breakfast for a cycle of gear

Anybody still eat any whole foods?

My favorite breakfast regardless of the ''season'' is a cup of egg whites with an added whole egg, 4oz turkey sausage with some combination of green/red/orange/yellow peppers and onions made into an omelete.... that or protein pancakes made with

1 cup of oats
10 egg whites
1 cup cottage cheese
cinnamon to taste
1 scoop protein powder.

both of those are under 15 minute breakfasts. A food scale will really tell you how much you're eating.

Take this for what is worth ok.When I wake up I like to kick the glucose levels right up so I usually drink half a pwo bottled drink consisting of around 40gms of maltodextrin and corn syrup and 20gms of protein in just half the bottle.For the slow diggesting carbs to carry me into my next meal I will then have some dark bread with a 6oz portion of steak.The reason why I do this is when you wake up your glucose storages in your muscles are very low from fasting for 8 hours so you want to get some fast carbs in your system asap to get into an anabolic ratio.This is what I do when I am bulking,when cutting Its a redline on an empty stomach and off to the weights then to the stairmaster for 30 minutes or so folowed imediately by a pwo drink.Hope this helps.

I do something similiar to this especially since I train right after my breakfast.
So my breakfast is my pre workout shake.
I just can't handle a whole lot of whole foods in the morning.
So I stick w/ 2 bananas,dex and whey.

I love those kinds of omelet in the morning. awesome! almost exactly like my breakfast.

but seriously where are the fats
1 cup of whole oats contains a 1 gram of saturated fat (needed, believe it or not), 2 grams of monounsaturated and 2 grams of polyunsaturated fat, for a total of 5 grams of healthy fats. :)

Ok i just tried this today:
two packets cinnamon oatmeal, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1 scoop choco protein.
2 cups egg whites
3 slices of toast w/ butter
=Best breakfast ive ever had thanks to all who replied
