Back Width vs. Back Thickness????

I work my back for width and thickness in one workout, once a week. Here's what I do

-Close Grip Chin Ups
-Medium Grip Pulldowns
-Seated Cable Row
-Stiff Leg Deadlifts
-Hyper-extensions
-One Arm Machine Row

Toss some str8 bar rows in there for serious thickness bruh..........
 
Where I first got the idea to even train like this ( 2 seprete back days) was from a pro bodybuilder. He explained that most pros train like that so I tryed it. If you want to ask him about it his name is Vander v over at professional muscle.
