As a function of your body weight, how strong are you?

That's not strength, more like strnegth endurance, or marathon :)

bench 185 max
squat 225x4
i dont DL-YET but i can do slightly widergrip overhand pullups and back extensions for 20+ reps ;)

5'9", 250lbs
I dont do single maxes very often
bench 360 x 5 reps, 405 x 1
deadlift 500 x 10, 550 x 5, 625 x 1
squat 445 x 8 reps
I never use a belt/straps/wraps, and squats are ass to the floor

bench 235x3 (assist on #3)
Squat 315x1
Dead 305x1

didn't want a max single on Squats, but it was the only way i was going to get 3 plates up. would've preferred a triple. it'll happen in a few months i'm sure. highest for reps was 265x5 about 6 months ago.

didn't want to max single on Deads either, but i just couldn't pick it up again. did 295x3 5 minutes before the 305x1.
