218lbs, 5'10" & want to be as big as needsize someday :p

squat 5 x 465, 2 x 495, 1 x 510
deadlift 5 x 550, 1 x 588
trap bar deadlift 5 x 585 1 x 650
Bench 5 x 315, 3 x 335, 1 x 375 (my worst lift for reps, 1rm aint terrible)

I never use a belt/straps/wraps, and squats are ass to the floor

Awesome lifts brother!! Looks like I need to start catching up on the bench again!!!!
 
I was 185-188 when I did these lifts. Im up to 195+ now on pretty full stomache, according to my home scale. Im still recovering some lost chest strength from my injury however, but I should be back in the following weeks.All raw lifts, except for belt on deads. Ive pulled 675 without the belt, off the rack, with the bar behind the legs (beast lift), but dont like to chance injury with my back, especially after what happened in december:

Flat Bench Press: 225x24, 275x15, 315x7,325x5,370x1 (around 2X bodyweight)

Incline Barbell Press: 225x20, 275x11, 315x6, 360x1 (slighty less then 2X BW)

Deadlift from floor: 510x1 (2.7X BW)

Beast Lift from floor: 585x1 (a deadlift with the bar behind the legs) (3.1X BW)

Deadlift off lowest setting in power rack: 565x1 (3X BW)

Beast Lift off lowest setting in power rack: 725x1 ( Around 4X BW)

Dumbell Rows: 150'sx25, 160'sx17 (havent used 160's in a long time since they arent available at my current gym)

Preacher Curls: 160x10

should be good for more on box squat & bench.. but havent tested
