As a function of your body weight, how strong are you?

Cuthbert said:
200

470 x 1 box squat
535 x 1 dead
300 x 1 bench

should be good for more on box squat & bench.. but havent tested

The entire thread impresses me! Suston, Tweakle, B True, Needsize, Walking Beast...I can't name them all! ;)

However, it looks like you've made some good progress in recent months Cuthbert. That bench has definitely come up. Great dead and box squat, too :) Nicely done.

ThanX brother!! Some impressive numbers on here!

while lifting consistently , my bests were

bench- 235
squat - 250
dead- 345

never squatted much tho
all this at around 140 lbs, altho ppl say i looked 150+ lbs

What does it take to consider someone "strong"? I heard 2x bodyweight with squats and deadlifts, and 1x bodyweight with bench presses and power cleans.

6'5''
200lbs

incline: 205x9 - some months ago -> 215lbs
bench: 265x1
squat: 275x4 - ATF
dead: 295x6

Dead's are freakin' hard for me though... F x D = T and that means theres a helluva lot of torque in my lower hip region. As of late I've actually switch to SLDL and started doing lower weight (245x6) with full ROM. It still burns the hammies up though.
