Arms won't grow- I am desperate!

this is just my opinion gUiLe...i'm stating what worked for me...the less sets thing just didn't do anything for me...honestly...my arms need volume to GROW...sitiing at 18.5" cold,i'd say i'm doin' something right...but hey,if the less is better thing works for you...more power to ya!PEACE bro...

Skull crushers & hammer curls until you wanna start crying like a bitch, then go do some deadlifts or snatches. Your arms will grow like WEEDS !!;)

I wouldn't neccesarily say that less is more. But a lot of dudes
hit a wall after a while and then can't figure out why. I think change has to be constant. I am glad that your bi's are 18.5
cold. But...(always one of those) what if you started working out
your arms on one day and changed your routine around a little?
You might surprise yourself and end up with 19's;)

Agreed!! My tricep arsenal consists of three exercises. Dips,
closegrip benches and SKULLCRUSHERS! Umm..I can feel the
pain just thinking about em. Yum:)

You're going to smoke your grip strength with hammer curls, then proceed to deadlift 500 lbs?:rolleyes:
 
Dips?

Dips are a strange one. . don't get me wrong I LOVE EM' but I never know if I should credit them as my chest, shoulder,bicep or tricep excersize, dont dips contribute mainly to chest? ?
 
Bro, If you're on AS and have a good clean diet with enough calories and protein, workout like a bitch, your arms are gonna grow even if your a hardgainer. I know this because clean I could grow every body part but arms. When I started AS, shit just blew up dude. I'm not talking about water retention either. I gained nearly 1" on my arm last cycle and kept about 3/4" of that mass. I did basic mass movements, straight bar curls (heavy), heavy preacher, heavy dumbells. Don't get me wrong, everybody is different and things works differently for each individual, but good AS with decent diet and fair training will produce results, imagine what killing yourself can do. Feed the machine. Something is holding you back and you need to find out what that is. Good Luck

depends on how you do em. similar to close grip there is always going to be a little help from your chest but if you keep your body perpendicular to the floor and do the movement in a controlled fashion and even squeeze at the top, you'll get a good workout on your tri's.
