Anyone experience bruising..not injection related

I take fish oil too so that could be a contributing factor.

I've been taking nothing, not even fish oil. Well, except the aspirin. Since we're both having it I would think that it's not those supplements. I usually get these bruises the day after a hard workout.

Ok, Cool. Just wanted to clarify
Im stopping fish oil....just to see. I don't like seeing my body bruised

When your blood runs thin, you bruise easy. When your liver is not functioning 100% what bruising you have is more distinct, colorful. I get these when my liver is taxed and they where terrible when I was drinking a lot of alcohol.

I guess its a good thing I don't use oral steroids...
