What website can i use to make free phone calls from my computer since my X boyfriend smashed my phone into 3 pieces Saturday night. i have lost comunication with the world which really isnt that bad but i do need to make an important call this morning.

I don't know but you can try to communicate telepathically. It's not always effective but it's cheap.

Most of the IP to POTS providers charge a fee... normally only IP to IP are free... I would say google it, but expect it to be low-quality and full of ads...
