Hey, sorry to bother ya'll again. But, do ya'll know of any supplements that could help out with depression? Lately i have been felling kinda down in the slums, ok REALLY down. :worried: I don't know what the hell is wrong with me. Do ya'll have any suggestions?

Hopefully it wont be too expensive, i just bought some 1-ad and boldione which pretty much broke my bank acount. Thanks in advance for the advice. :(

Good Fats supposedly aid in fighting depression. Up your Flax, fish oil or Natural Peanut butter intake !!

1)Inositol in Gram amounts (2-4)

2)St John's Wort

3)L-tyrosine

4)real Kava for anxiety

There are others too

I second all the above....especially St.Johns Wort (cheap too)

And, don't stop training! Training releases natural feel-good endorphins.

p.s I would steer clear of any ephedrine based stuff for a while. When you come down off that stuff it can make you feel "low".

I've dealt with ups and downs of depression/anxiety for a long time with different supplements and meds. The best I ever feel is right after I brutal workout.

Hey, thanks for all ya'lls posts. I dunno whats wrong with me this week, just kinda depressed :(

I got some kava kava. i didnt have to pay for it... yet. i just put it on my tab at the place i work at so i dont have to deal with giving up money right now. i took one pill and that shit kicked my ass. i felt more relaxed and more sociable. unfortunately i took it at work wich isnt a bad thing. except that i felt like talking after i took it and we had an extremely slow day. once again, thanks for ya'lls help.

P.S. Feel free to keep posting your ideas. Im sure that there are other people who go through some depression every once in a while.

I agree but...drop the St. John's Wort ( too much non-conclusiveness to the studies on effectivenss as well as some people have gotten bad effects.)

Ps.....CHEER UP BROTHER :) :D :fro: :p
