this works well for arms and tris


after a bi or tri work out go home at nite and flex those muscles like a made man, get a nice pump...should improve arm size over time
 
I took your advice and now i do the clean and JERK after workouts. LOL. I think i am only working one arm though.

It's important to alternate arms (hands) during this critical post-workout excercise. If you don't, it's a matter of time before people start asking you why one arm is so much bigger than the other, along with a bunch of other smartass questions......uh......or so I'm told. :)
 
I did the trap workout you mentioned today. Damn, it was tough!!!! Really burned :)
