Dude, if you're looking for size, concentrate on PLing and big movements. Use a 2x/week bench days a la Metal Militia, and do a 2x/week with legs and lower back. (I'm sure the stuff Al does with oly lifts would work similarly well.)
Bodybuilding uses a lot of isolation movements and similarsuch that will really bring out individual muscles and cuts if you keep a low BF, but you want to hit your tendons and stabilizers with heavy weights now if you plan on getting bigger, you know? This would be especially important for strongman training and comps.
