Dude, if you're looking for size, concentrate on PLing and big movements. Use a 2x/week bench days a la Metal Militia, and do a 2x/week with legs and lower back. (I'm sure the stuff Al does with oly lifts would work similarly well.)

Bodybuilding uses a lot of isolation movements and similarsuch that will really bring out individual muscles and cuts if you keep a low BF, but you want to hit your tendons and stabilizers with heavy weights now if you plan on getting bigger, you know? This would be especially important for strongman training and comps.

Congrats, thats really moving some weight for being as lean as you are. You are well on your way to being an absolute horse.
 
nah, i havent even taken advil today im coming off everything and letting my system clean out except for the growth and a joint here and there.
 
great job man, I was in a local strongman back in Aug. It was a blast. I was a little guy in the heavyweight class. The guy that trains with me was in the lightweight class. He killed them on the car lift, 47 times in 2 minutes. He's a freak of strength deadlifting at only 185 lbs.

I kinda disagree, bodybuilding doesnt have to be isolation movements, or at least rarely...I powerlifted for years, but most of my mass comes from bodybuilding approaches, specializing on 1-2 bodyparts per day, but sticking with mainly heavy free weight(compound when possible) exercies
