week 1-10 1cc Ttokyo deca once a week

week 1-10 40mgs IP Anavar every day

week 1-2 140mcgs Oxyflux Clen every day
week 3-4 12 Hydroxy cut every day
week 5-6 140mcgs Oxyflux Clen every day
week 7-8 12 Hydroxy cut every day
week 9-10 140mcgs Oxyflux Clen every day

Diet - too much too list but very strict high protien low carb, no FAT diet
Consisting of 6 small meals chicken,tuna,rice,broc.ect

GYM-
monday - 30 minutes cardio back / bi's
tuesday - 30 minutes cardio chest / tri's
wednesday - 30 minutes cardio shoulders/neck/abs
thursday - 30 minutes cardio back / bi's
friday - 30 minutes cardio chest / tri's
saturday - 30 minutes cardio legs/shoulders(hardTRAPS)
sunday - off(cut lawn,run with dogs.ect.) low cardio day


So what do you guys think, any suggestions?

I want to cut.....

My diet is as follows

9:00 am low carb myoplex and a banana

12:00 am 6 egg whites / turkey breast

3:00 am tuna or chicken salad with salsa or no fat mayo
1 whole weat begal

6:00 4oz chicken breast 4oz broc. salad w/vinigar

alot of water and crystal light all day day.....

My man...That's only four meals. Not gonna cut it. I would get in at least 6, preferably 8. You need more food than that to preserve lean body mass. That amount of nourishment will not support a hard training athelete.....on AS. Frequent feedings are inperative to keep the metabolism stoked while in a reduced calorie state. You should be eating every two to three hours. Go over three hours and catabolic problems can and will occur. Again, you nned more food...protein to maintain muscle mass. The point of dieting is to burn more calories than consumed...but over do that idea and create too big a caloric deficit and you run the risk of sacrificing far too much muscle mass to get any benifit out of a cutting cycle.
 
If you're cutting, I'd consider a Fina/Winny/Anavar cycle (Wait, that's my next cycle...lol) and yes, I'll be using clen also...

But, as far as your diet goes... go with 2 protien shakes instead of the Myoplex shakes...
 
I drink it , but i don't like it...lol
I have it after my morning work out....
