adding to gains on a cruise

i will probably take a slightly leaner aproach next offseason to see how i respond. im 5 8 about 227 15ish% bodyfat, still got a clear 6 pack but id say im 30lbs over stage weight. always found as a natty i saw better results in lean tissue at higher bodyfats as im a meso/endo. will see how i respond next offseason trying to stay within 15lbs of stage weight and using some drier conpounds.

dropped a few lbs since putting an ai back in though so i may be a few lbs ligher than 227 now.

also this off season is about an 18month off season in which im about 10 months in so continuing to grow without having to up drugs has meant ive had to keep bumping cals up slightly = more adipose storage.

Yea, that's to be expected....as long as you're adding the appropriate muscle to fat ratio you're GTG.

I was thinking today of the ebbs & flows of nutrition this year;

During prep I was starving almost all the time...
Over the summer my food was "not too much/not too little"...
Now I actually find myself saying "I have to eat AGAIN?"

haha. bodybuilding is an induced eating disorder. it took me about 40minutes to get through my prewo meal last night!

I went to the finals of a show today (on a Sunday?)

Me walking into the venue;

Carrying a small cooler of bottles of water
Carrying a gym bag with my 10am and 1pm meal, napkins, seasoning, a fork, crystal light, and supps.....I looked like I was moving in.

Excuse me, where can I find a microwave?

😂😂 oh god. we become almost obsesive compulsive with the life style and i suppose you have to situate yourself with people who will allow that because i know there are some people who feel like you being obsessed with bodybuilding is a way of ingnoring them, or making them insignificant in your life
