add peanut butter to oatmeal?

It totally depends on your goals right now...
If you're bulking you should go for it -- Nothing beats a PB, oatmeal, and protein powder shake when trying to get the weight up
Cutting is another story -- If you don't seem to be affected by fats/carbs mix too much there's no reason you can't do it every other day, especially since it's your first meal of the day and it looks like your workout is right after it anyway. If you are on a closely-watched cutting diet then it might be a bad idea.

It's pretty much up to how your body reacts and what you're aiming for right now. Good luck!

oatmeal is low gi... so that fat/carb theory shouldnt apply here.... and even if it did, it would have a minimal effect due to all the other nutients hes intaking...

Yes, it's fine to add peanutt butter to your oatmeal. Anyway your diet kind of sucks. Why some many protien shakes? You need to eat real food. Shakes and mrp's are a money making fad for the most part by suppliment companies. The advantage to the shakes is the fast absorbtion of whey protien, thus making it useful as a post-workout recovery meal. As far as eating it 3 times a day like you're doing? Its silly. Plus you are only eatng 5 meals a day counting the shakes. You need to be eating slower absorbing foods, with a higher meal frequincy. Eat more real food, and get a minimum of 6 meals a day. 8 or 9 would be better if time constrants allow for it.
