running at sub max at the moment coach has deload weights by 10% due to my rapid weight loss.
goal is to get body weight back up and then push things again, we wont be blasting anytime soon, next year after march well be blasting so for now lets get healthy and prepare for the blast, cardio has been implemented after training, 40sec on 20sec rest x 5 on the assault bike.
