Folks,
So anyone that knows me here knows that I'm no stranger to AAS. I've never tried GH before because honestly, I felt that it would be better suited for me once I hit my mid to late 30's... so here we are, and I'm getting my hands on a few Serostin (5mg) kits. I'd like some opinions / info from anyone with a respectable amount of experience with GH.
As a reminder:
36 years old
5'7"
180 lbs
10% bf
Goal is to put on some lean mass and harden up a bit (nothing dramatic in gains or fat loss that would require huge dosages!)
My questions:
1) I'm trying to decide between 3iu or 4iu daily, following the 5days on, 2 days off regimen. Is 3iu enough? would 4iu be that much more effective?
2) I've read that taking l-glutamine upon waking and l-arginine before bed help increase natural GH... any benefit of taking these while you're on a GH cycle? I will probably take some r-ALA to keep glucose levels down, since GH has been known to raise them.
3)I've tried IGF in the past and wasn't very impressed. I know that it's recommended in a GH cycle, but would the results be significantly better if IGF was in the mix? And do you HAVE to take insuline if you take IGF with GH? I don't really wanna consider taking insulin.
I'll take info / answers to any or all of these questions. Appreciate the feedback... THANKS!
