People should NOT be able to carry concealed weapons. Mainly because it will be the asshols with the guns and knives under their clothes that will start problems, then attck you.

They should be punished. A few years in solitary confinement should help.

Vermont is one of the most permissive states concerning concealed weapons. and guess what ? they're the 49th state for crime rate. I could give you the example of Chicago, Washington. Once they abolished the irght for handguns, look what happened.

why do i have a feeling this guy was a skinny little short guy. Your average 36 y/o should be strong enough to blast away a few 13 y/o's and scare the rest of them away. Kids that age don't have horrendous viscious built in rage like adults do.

Exactly. I think I would have probably crushed at least 4-5 faces before going down. Or gotten a weapon from one and made it 6-10 (or possibly won). When you have kids as little as 10, theres no way they could have been giants. In an up close swarm, they may not even swing their weapons effectively for fear of hitting their friends. You'd be fighting for your life, so no fear or care of destruction.

I think it was an over-reaction on his part...a 36 year old punching out a kid half his age, just for tossing an egg, is a bit much I think.

That doesn't justify what happened to the guy though.
